Matters relating to the transmission and distribution of electricity in PTPiREE are handled by the Boards of Directors for Network Asset Management (RDM) and for Distribution (RDD). They coordinate the work of several dozen Teams (established permanently) and Problem Committees (established ad hoc). The Teams and Committees include experts of Distribution System Operators (DSOs) and Transmission System Operators (TSOs).
Our activities in this area include, among others:
- reliable operation of the National Power System,
- providing safety of electricity consumers,
- improving the quality of service for electricity consumers,
- cooperation with ministries, state offices, universities, associations and other non-governmental institutions,
- cooperation of all operators in order to develop uniform standards throughout the country,
- analysing the issue of SAIDI, SAIFI and KPI indicators in the so-called “quality tariff”,
- developing a concept for an information exchange model between electricity market participants in Poland in line with the international ebIX standard (contract management, vendor change, settlements, measurement data) – cooperation in this area with MK, URE, TOE and other entities,
- developing a common Instruction on the Operation and Maintenance of the Distribution Network for all DSOs – cooperation in this area with the TSO and URE,
