From 1 May 2022, PTPiREE website will present only the list of devices for which certificates of conformity have been issued by certification bodies competent to assess the given devices and accredited for compliance with the EN ISO/IEC 17065 standard, confirming compliance with the requirements resulting from:

1. Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/631 of 14 April 2016 establishing a network code on requirements for grid connection of generators (OJ EU L 112/1 of 27.04.2016),
2. General Application Requirements resulting from the Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/631 of 14 April 2016 establishing a network code on requirements for grid connection of generators – approved by the Decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office DRE.WOSE.7128.550.2.2018.ZJ of 2 January 2019.

Certificates should be issued on the basis of a certification program compliant with the document “Conditions and procedures for the use of certificates in the process of connecting power generation modules to power grids” of April 28, 2021.

Therefore, devices for which certificates were issued with a transitional validity period until April 30, 2022 will be removed from the list.
